It completely reiterates what my doctor says to patients; stop poluting yourself. The body needs excellent food for excellent function. Eat healthy food not poison.

I commend Kevin Trudeau for his courage to confront the Federal Trade Commission, and Food and Drug Administration. Anyone who pays hundreds of dollars on drugs each month that will only destroy their body should buy this book and own it. There is a lot of cold-blooded hypocrisy revealed in this book. For much more detailed information on natural remedies I suggest getting "Can We Live 150 Year" It is loaded with good advice on healthy living while avoiding unnecessary use of subscription drugs.
